About this artwork
A canvas split into black and white, with a gold circle holding the two halves together. Acrylic, texture paste, polymer clay and gold wire: the ring stands off the surface and casts its own shadow. The base is stretched canvas on a wooden stretcher with a rigid backing. Hangs vertically or horizontally.
